Finvac vacuum dryers are available with
1 to 5 drying tables sizes up to 7x3 meters.
Table movement as well as vacuum
controls are operated by pneumatics,
this ensures simple structure
and economical prices on spare parts.
To minimize the the energy and
power needed,
tables are balanced with counterweights.
Besides saving
energy this balanced structure maximises the work safety
as squeezing
power between unclosed tables is only some hundred kilograms.
All Finvac vacuum dryers are supplied
with counter current condenser
which gives the best possible cooling
effect indifferently of the cooling system used.
Depending on
customer needs Finvac is able to supply three different condenser
solutions:
Finvac classic – with acid resistant tube condenser
Finvac SC – with spray cooler,especially designer to be used with cooling tower
Finvac AV – with closed loop cooling,especially for drying at lower temperature
